SUMMIT’S THREE-STEP IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Summit’s key to consistently creating high-density, high-performance wireless networks is our rigorous and thorough three-step Implementation Process. We invest heavily in the survey, analysis and design steps that result in robust WLANs that perform as specified.
STEP ONE: IS&D: Interactive Survey & Design IS&D is Summit’s industry-leading survey and design process:
Working on-site we perform three surveys: business survey, the wireless site survey and a spectrum analysis. Using this data, we design a high-density, high-performance WLAN solution based on our unique and powerful four-channel topology.
While still onsite, we begin a series of iterative tests to prove and improve the design. We repeat the process until we have designed and tested all the cells comprising your network.
When we complete STEP ONE, we have not just a design, but a proven design custom-tailored to your business and your environment. (more)
STEP TWO: Installation Using the design generated in STEP ONE, our team of experienced technicians installs, tests, tunes, and re-tests your complete WLAN until we’ve optimized your wireless network and certified it as production-ready.
Summit does not just install equipment; we install functionality. We provide you with absolute assurance that your WLAN is a fully functional wireless network that meets your business needs. (more)
STEP THREE: Summit Support Once we’ve finished installation, Summit Support begins. The first support phase is delivery, during which we provide detailed documentation and train your staff on the network and its operation.
The second phase, ongoing support, helps your IT staff keep your WLAN up and running reliably. You’ll find our technical briefings particularly helpful because both environments and technologies are continually changing.
We support your IT department so that they can support your organization. (more)
