Implementation Process

STEP THREE: Summit Support

Optimal WLAN performance beginning on day one

Once we’ve finished installation, Summit Support begins. The first support phase is delivery, during which we provide detailed documentation of the production-ready, as-built system and train your IT staff on the physical network and its operation.

WLAN as investment

The second phase, ongoing support, helps your IT staff keep your WLAN up and running reliably. This is particularly important as

  • environments change—for instance new sources of interference are regularly introduced, such as Bluetooth devices, rogue APs, and adjacent, overlapping WLANs; and
  • technology changes—businesses adopt new business tools such as VoIP, Services over IP (SoIP), and Unified Communications.

We support your IT department so that they can support your organization.

Your perspective, our pledge of support

We understand that clients invest in WLANs in order to maximize their business potential. Summit continually invests in mastering WLAN technologies and applications in order to provide you with a wireless network that is both proven and state-of-the-art. We provide ongoing technical briefings in order to help you stay abreast of appropriate and useful wireless technologies.

And only Summit has the expertise to offer Wireless that Works. Guaranteed.
